We have had a number of guests in the past who have let us down at the last minute, and so we felt we had to do something rather that simply hope that our guests would turn up. When we make the offer of a room to you and you accept and confirm your booking, we do not ask for a deposit to secure the booking – but you are entering into a binding contract with us nonetheless.
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy, which means that if you cancel your booking within this time for whatever reason – including family illness/bad weather/petrol strikes/car broken down etc we have the right to make a full charge for all our losses. We will make the utmost effort to re let the room but if we are not successful then we will charge you for the full amount less £10 per night to cover the cost of food and laundry that has not been consumed or used by you.
Credit / Debit cards are not accepted.
